HELPDESKSTAR update. Version 3.1.

We present to your attention a new update of the ticket system. We have taken your suggestions into account and present the following new features:

1. Translation: the functionality of translating incoming and outgoing messages is now available.

Periodic notification sending: If multiple actions occur in the tickets for which you have notifications set up, you can configure periodic notification sending and receive a list of all actions that have occurred in the tickets in one message (so as not to receive notifications for each action separately).

3. Extended Channels functionality:

  • Default ticket assignee;

  • Responsible employee for all new clients (who do not have an assigned "Responsible employee")

4. Extension of the "Follow" functionality: It is now possible to add other employees to a ticket as "Observers," thereby providing access to tickets with which they can interact.

5. Unassigned requests in the department: Added notification for department employees about a new unassigned request (previously, only the department head received notifications about unassigned requests).

6. Video playback: Added the ability to watch videos using a player without downloading them to a PC.

8. Updated the plugin for viewing photos in the ticket system.

Fixed issues:

  • Restored the ability to upload files by dragging them from the file manager
  • For authorization to the Telegram bot (to receive notifications), each employee now has their own unique link (previously, a one-time code had to be entered into the system)

  • After using the "Close ticket" functionality, redirection to the active department occurs.
  • Excluded mail-tester.com from the list of temporary emails.
  • Added logging in the ticket audit when a ticket is created by an employee.
  • The default value for a newly created employee has been changed from "Blocked" to "Active".
  • Fixed viewing of uploaded files.
  • Changed the viewing of files and images.
  • Fixed issues with some tokens in email templates.
  • Removed link previews from notifications in Telegram.
  • Fixed an error with adding empty lines when displaying text (when generating text with AI).
  • Fixed an error in personal filters by organizations.
  • Improved the display of organization names.
  • Fixed incorrect display of the number of tickets in departments.
  • Fixed mismatch of ratings on the rating form and in the ticket system.
  • Increased the quality of images inserted into message text to 3600.
  • In the notification settings, there is now an option to configure which statuses should not trigger SLA approaching notifications.

  • Fixed error displaying the department field when access to the selected department is absent.
  • Fixed department specification when creating a ticket from a channel (after deleting the department specified in the channel).
  • Fixed error in login formation when creating a client from email.
  • Fixed error in generating the list of assignees (when a deleted department is present).
