Introducing the latest update of the ticket system. We have taken your feedback into account and are pleased to present the following new features:
1. Audio Transcription
Thanks to the new feature, you can convert audio files into text.
This means that when a client leaves a voice message, the system automatically converts it into a text message.
Main features:
- Transcription available for 40+ languages.
- You can easily convert voice messages and calls into text.
- Search for text from formed text messages from audio files.
2. Integration of Signal communication channel
Main features:
- Support for group chats.
- Support for typing indicators.
- Handling messages written from another device.
3. Integration of Telegram number
Main features:
- Support for group chats.
- Support for forums (topics).
- Support for typing indicators.
- Handling messages written from another device.
4. Authorization via SAML 2.0 protocol
Main features:
- Added request ID verification to prevent "Replay Attacks".
- Added functionality for authentication verification according to IdP settings.
5. Other
- Added support for viewing audio (with transcription) and video files:
- Added audio conversion to mp3 if the browser does not support the current format.
- Added functionality to create a sub-request from comments.
- Added the ability to merge with the history in the ticket.
- Added quoting functionality for messengers.
Fixed bugs:
- Fixed processing of textual links in content;
- Fixed setting the performer for the organization when receiving a message from a channel, from a new client;
- Fixed displaying the client link with limited access;
- Fixed displaying the message author link with limited access;
- Fixed filtering by priority and ticket type;
- Fixed redirection to the main ticket;
